News: Payment Gateway service availability – 1st Quarter 2012


FIS is proud to report that service availability through The FIS Payment Gateway in the first quarter of 2012 was greater than 99.99%. The impact of this means that our clients and their customers have experienced faultless transaction processing at the point of sale. This achievement is a continuation of the excellent service delivery service level that FIS maintained for its clients in 2011  – which again topped >99.99%. During the first quarter of 2012, FIS processed over 95 million transactions on behalf of its clients, from their multiple sales channels including in-store, on-line and MOTO.
